Steve Fisher is the president and owner of SJ Fisher Construction, Inc. Steve has always had a natural instinctive ability for carpentry. He started working summers as a apprentice for a teacher while he was in high school. By the time he was in college, he bought his first foreclosed house in St. Louis Park and remodeled it from top to bottom within a matter of months. SJ Fisher Construction was founded soon after as he started getting calls from friends and neighbors for help. Steve was initially the salesman, estimator, carpenter, laborer and bookkeeper. He gradually grew his business with the addition of valued employees. His wife, Lynne, is currently in charge of all administrative duties of the business. Both Steve and Lynne are intimately involved with each project. That means the customer can rest assured that each and every detail will be covered.

With years of hands-on experience, Steve has been involved in all aspects of the construction process from estimating and bidding to contract negotiations as well as framing, finishing and post-construction closing. He has been responsible for overseeing and working on all types of commercial and residential projects.
